Crucial: Some Web sites I would use to begin my search for reliable information on options in cancer treatment.

General: These are links of a somewhat more general nature, but equally valuable in filling out the general picture.

Alternatives: Here you will find the Web sites of various clinics and methods dealing with cancer. Some of these are highly scholarly, others are recruiting vehicles for particular treatments. Proceed with caution.

Orthodox: These are the Web sites of government agencies and organizations advocating the conventional approach to cancer, primarily surgery, radiation and chemotherapy.

Literature Searches: Search engines for the giant government databases, especially Medline and CancerLit. You can use these to download citations and abstracts from the world's greatest repositories of medical literature.

Other: A selection of other sites that you might find valuable in your quest.
